Our Mission
We exist to Cultivate - people, purpose and community. Cultivate started with a simple conviction: that the people around us deserve more than a good content, but fruitful strategy and shalom. They deserve community that shows up every day. Tools that meet them where they actually are. And spaces that hold room for the whole story — the grief, the growth, and everything in between.
Our founder Alexis brings a background in social work to everything we build. That means our events aren't just inspiring, but they're intentional. Our retreats don't just gather people, they create conditions for real healing.
We're building toward something bigger — a permanent home for community, wellness, strategy, and faith that we call the Green House. But until then, we'll keep showing up in every event, every retreat, every gathering, with the same goal: to help people grow on purpose, together.
